The work location of this position is 25 South Front Street Columbus Ohio 43215. You will be required to report to this work location full-time if selected.
If this position is filled with an internal employee who has an approved telework agreement the employee may be required to report in-person during the initial training period.
What Youll Do:
The Associate Administrator of Accountability supervises the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Data Team by providing leadership oversight and strategic direction for the implementation monitoring and reporting of IDEA indicators. This role ensures the collaboration between IDEA special education profiles and ratings with the state and federal accountability system.
Supervises and directs the work of IDEA Data Team assigned to the Office of Accountability:
Collaborates with the administrator on the implementation of the state and federal accountability system:
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Masters degree in Special Education Educational Leadership Public Administration or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in special education or policy development.
Expertise in IDEA indicators and data-driven decision-making with knowledge of state and federal special education laws regulations and reporting requirements.
