Description
Come join our team as a Production Assembler! As a Production Assembler you will build and calibrate a variety of quality Biomedical Test Equipment devices. We are a team who values cross-training collaboration and growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble rework calibrate & test inspect and package electromechanical assemblies.
- Operate and/or maintain production equipment and hand tools using process documents diagrams and written instructions in support of production goals.
- Collect analyze and report data from production processes requiring basic mathematical knowledge.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean processes as appropriate based upon assigned levels.
Requirements:
- Moderate skills navigating and using computers: Login printing follow onscreen prompts opening and closing files.
- Available to work 5:00AM 3:30PM with overtime when customer demand requires.
- Occasional heavy lifting (> 50 lbs) or movement of objects up to 40 lbs and repetitive use of upper extremities and standing for extended periods.
- May involve exposure to chemicals solvents and solder be required to wear safety glasses.
- Must be able to match up colors and be able to assemble small pieces required due to frequent close work.
- Read & speak English in order to understand oral or written safety information assembly instructions and supervisory direction.
Behaviors:
- Experience with electronic assembly preferred but ability to be trained and learn rapidly is a must.
- Attention to detail to deliver high-quality products to our customers.
