As the Sr. Technical Program Analyst youll help drive Concora Credits Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit every single day.

The Decision Engine Management team is the backbone of one of the most critical aspects of Concora Credit. This position is located at our Beaverton OR office and has a hybrid schedule. Were onsite Monday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities
As our Sr. Technical Program Analyst you will:
- Serve as the lead implementer for Concora Credits underwriting platform.
- Engage with cross-department teams to gather requirements for each credit criteria update and business initiative to ensure coding and testing align with expected outcomes.
- Partner with our Data Science team to implement validate and deploy custom models into our underwriting process.
- Partner with our technology and product teams to ensure IT support for new underwriting features productivity and testing tools and timely and quality vendor delivery of critical underwriting metadata.
- Have a deep understanding of the underwriting process end-to-end working with engineers architects and product managers from adjacent technology teams to ensure technical feasibility and execution.
- Partner with Project Managers across the organization to capture requirements and provide updates on large underwriting initiatives.
- Independently develop manage and execute test plans against credit criteria leveraging tools like Postman or SoapUI with a bias towards automated testing. When system bugs arise work independently and as a team to troubleshoot through to completion.
- Leverage database languages to proactively identify system defects monitor technical production data build reports and alerts and present recommendations for system performance improvements to management.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with cross-departmental teams and external credit bureau and underwriting vendors to implement and test new data sources.
- Lead weekly status meetings with internal stakeholders with an ability to communicate updates in both business and technical terms.
- Conduct analysis on issues with decisioning platforms and work with internal leadership and external vendors to drive change.
- Create process flow diagrams with input from cross-departmental engineers and architects to achieve business goals.
- Work with the Technical Program Manager to document the teams best practices and adherence to the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required with preference to backgrounds in computer science or quantitative fields like economics finance and math.
- Proficient in coding and testing through a decision engine language like Experian Powercurve Equifax Interconnect or FICO Blaze Advisor.
- Proficient with SQL Python Spark and/or other database languages.
- Project Management experience including working with external vendors.
- Understanding of the JSON and XML information format.
- Naturally curious with a track record of identifying and solving complex problems.
- Must possess extreme attention to detail have strong organizational skills analytical thinking ability and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple individual and organizational priorities at one time.
- Flexibility and dependability required; certain functions may require some work to be performed after business hours or on weekends.
- Must always maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
