Job Description
Job Title: Network Design Engineer Support
Type:W-2 Contract ONLY-Flexible schedules with every other Friday off work if desired (9/80 schedule)
Location:Onsite in Scottsdale AZ
Pay:$70.00 - $80.00 per hour with limited benefits
***No C2C we can NOT work with outside agencies/vendors and we can NOT do 1099-US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED***
Geologics is currently seeking a Network Design Engineer in our Scottsdale AZ location.
Minimum Requirements:
- US Citizenship
- Requires a Bachelors or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field or equivalent (4 years job-related experience). Requires an additional 8 years of job-related experience or a Masters degree with 6 years of job-related experience.
- Enterprise Network Design/topology
- High speed network design and implementation
- Maintenance of Network topology that utilize Linux IDM/Windows Servers for DNS and Account Management Juniper Firewalls Arista Switches and NAS/SAN storage
- Familiarity with Multicast and routing protocols (BGP OSPF etc)
- Experience with vulnerability scanning hardening and resolution of findings
- Written skills to include development and maintenance of documentation for network system operations etc.
- Familiarity with VMware vSphere and virtual machines
- Familiarity with Red Hat Linux operating system
