Under general direction to plan organize direct and control the activities and/or staff of a County program.
In addition to meeting the employment standards a qualified candidate must demonstrate the following:
- Experience overseeing large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies implement strategic initiatives and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Experience executing CQI frameworks that enhance service delivery operational performance and organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will also possess:
- Ability to lead change initiatives analyze complex systems anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions that align with child welfare priorities.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at various leadership levels and with different internal and external stakeholders both verbally and written communications.
Sufficient education training and experience to demonstrate the possession and direct application of the following knowledge and abilities.
Training and Experience Note: The required knowledge and abilities are typically attained through training and experience equivalent to possession of a Bachelors degree. Relevant experience can substitute for education on a year-for-year basis. Relevant experience includes experience performing analytical administrative lead supervisory or management duties which include interpreting rules and regulations gathering data and formulating recommendations and report writing.
