Company: Medly AI
Role: Creator Partnerships Lead
Location: London
Language: English (native)
WFH policy: Hybrid 4 days in office
Industry: EdTech (B2C)
Product: AI Tutor for Students (GCSE A-Level & IB)
Size and functions of local team: <10 FTE

Role description;
Growing two different types of Creator Bank (UGC & Influencers)
I.e. high achieving students in study-talk atmosphere
Doing a lot of recruitment (University Students & Influencers)
Doing negotiation making briefs people management
Keeping track of best performing posts (Kavi will push PPC)
Working closely with Product Teams on Events
Help running Mock Events nationally for the SATs
Help manage Medly AI Social Media ccounts

Unique about the company:
Founded 2023 6 FTE 2mio Seed Round
Grew from 0 to 80000 users in <12 months

Must haves:
0-2 years experience
Exceptional academic background (Cambridge etc.)
Passionate about Education system/topic

Nice to haves:
Psychology degree
Familarity with US Education System (i.e. did SATs)
HR or Recruitment experience
Experience as a creator (ideally TikTok)

Salary range & secondary benefits: 40-60k GBP (60 for 2 years exp)

Hiring process:
- First screening with Kavi (Co-Founder & CEO)
- 15-min excersize around some data
- Take home task - Influencers brief (max 2 hours)
- Role play scenario
- F2F with Kavi & Paul
