Backed by top-tier investors and scaling rapidly were now looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our high-performing team.
This isnt your average account management role youll be working with a strong base of existing B2B clients supported by regular coaching and empowered to grow your accounts while shaping a key function of our business.

Key Accountabilities
Client Relationship Management
- Be the main point of contact for your commercial clients managing relationships and ensuring long-term success
- Identify and seize upsell cross-sell and renewal opportunities
- Lead client reviews performance check-ins and growth conversations
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Sales to deliver top-tier service
- Proactively resolve any issues always putting the customer first
- Use data to identify trends and risks across your portfolio
Account Growth & Retention
- Work with internal stakeholders (sales operations and tech) to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Proactively resolve issues and escalations to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Analyse account data to identify trends risks and opportunities for growth.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth handover from the sales team.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our CRM and reporting tools.
- Track and report on account performance and contribute to forecasting and planning activities.
- Champion a customer-first approach in all interactions.

Experience & Skills
- Account Manager Customer Success or B2B relationship management role.
- Proven success in client retention growth and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems Excel and other business tools.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities and add value to client partnerships.
