Presbyterian Ladies College (PLC) is a leading ELC to Year 12 Christian independent day and boarding school with a focus on the development of the whole person that includes an outstanding academic tradition aninternational outlook and strong pastoral and co-curricular programs.
The Role
PLC is seeking a permanent part-time assistant (19 hours per week) to support our Junior School Science laboratory.
This individual will work in partnership with our Junior School STEM Coordinator supporting the smooth delivery of our learning programs maintaining a welcoming and engaging Science laboratory for young learners and assisting with the day-to-day administration and organisation of a vibrant and successful Science program.
This is a Term-time only role - perfect for someone seeking flexibility and work- life balance.
About You
You dont need lab experience but you might have worked in a similar support role with young people perhaps in a school or another learning environment.
You will bring strong organisational skills sound ICT skills along with reliability efficiency and the ability to approach tasks with fresh innovative ideas.
Youll also be able to connect and form positive working relationships with staff students parents and external suppliers.
