A day in the life
As a Brand Experience Specialist youll help bring the HIT and Triple M brands to life through creative engaging promotions and events. Working closely with the Brand Experience Lead and wider team youll manage campaigns and activations from start to finishon-air online and on the ground.
Your role will involve:
Managing the execution of brand experience activity to ensure it meets expectations and station goals
Collaborating on creative audience engagement ideas that align with brand strategies
Supporting all local experiences and events including OBs giveaways and street activations
Managing and training casual street team staff
Overseeing promo gear merchandise and signage
Ensuring all activities meet legal safety and compliance standards
What Youll Need
Strong organisational and planning skills
Creative thinking and the ability to problem solve
Experience in events activations or promotions is highly regarded
A team player mindset with great communication skills
Ability to manage people and juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail
