Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories airports to planned communities and theme parks to hunting preserves.
Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for a portfolio of golf products.
Manage product lifecycle and alignment with E-Z-GO Cushman & Pace business strategies. Evaluate new opportunities monitor existing product profitability and decommission of products at end of life.
Be accountable for the product lines overall financial and performance success.
Make wise and informed decisions. Collect customer and stakeholder feedback solicit and consume market research and conduct demand sensitivities in order to understand voice of customer competitive dynamics business models and industry trends.
Identify opportunities for organic growth and improved competitive positioning of E-Z-GO and Cushman products while supporting a multiyear development roadmap.
Act as the project sponsor and lead efforts refining product performance and specification. Foster opportunities select channels build business cases attain funding develop solutions establish pricing conduct training coordinate marketing assets then implement new products.
Work closely with cross functional teams including leadership engineering production marketing purchasing and sales to position products to be attractive to both customers and the business.
Lead internal and external communications on pricing and offering initiatives.
Represent the company on business development and customer-facing activities. Represent the voice of the customer along with the business on internal activities.
