Job Summary
Overview
Presbyterian is seeking a Surgical Tech for Cardiovascular OR to provide assistance and support to surgeons by preparing and providing instruments and equipment during surgical procedures in the Operating Room. Works under the supervision of the surgeon. Facilitates a safe effective and orderly operating room to maximize patient safety.

Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED plus short-term training in operating room setting or graduate of surgical technician certification from an accredited school or training program required
- Current BLS required.
- Familiarity with all surgical instruments and equipment. Working knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique.
- Minimum of three years experience in a hospital operating room. Exclusive to RMC and PH ONLY
- Certification Required **or minimum of 10 years of experience and skillset to perform all.
