Field Service Tech Lifecycle Services

This position supports the installation of conveyordriven automated sorting systems for parcelhandling operations and some letter sorting equipment. The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude experience assembling and installing industrial or ecommerce materialhandling equipment and a commitment to precision quality and efficient system performance. Candidates should be comfortable working in fastpaced environments collaborating with customers and internal teams and ensuring installations meet engineering and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installation assembly and alignment of conveyor and automated sorting systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Execute installation tasksmechanical fastening leveling module alignment conveyor setup and system integrationaccording to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Interpret and apply mechanical assembly diagrams layout drawings and installation instructions.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to implement system adjustments upgrades and modifications that improve performance.
• Ensure proper handling organization and documentation of company assets including tools hardware and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with customers site contacts and team members to maintain smooth installation workflows.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of installation documentation mechanical retrofit instructions and system updates.
• Respond promptly and professionally to installation timelines and site requirements.
• Identify and recommend improvements that enhance installation quality mechanical performance and overall efficiency.
• Understand customerspecific requirements including mechanical layout constraints sort plans and operational expectations.
• Accurately complete installation documentation including mechanical checklists test verifications and dispatch records.

• Willingness to work variable shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
• Ability to travel extensively for extended durations.
• Strong mechanical experience with conveyor systems industrial machinery or automated materialhandling equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical components (cabling sensors connectors) sufficient to support mechanical installation tasksexpertlevel electrical knowledge no longer required.
• Experience using hand and power tools such as torque tools impact tools measuring instruments and alignment tools.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings equipment layout diagrams and assembly specifications.
• Physically capable of lifting 5075 lbs. and performing tasks that require bending climbing standing and full mobility.
• Strong timemanagement troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to independently follow detailed instructions while also working collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools including Microsoft Office; familiarity with diagnostic or configuration software is a plus.
