Position Summary...
What youll do...
Supports production operations by setting up workstations with required products and packaging materials. Rotates through tasks (for example operating bagger and debagger stations setting up and operating label machines while monitoring barcoding systems overseeing tray packaging machines). Completes changeovers safely and efficiently.
Visually monitors conveyor lines for damaged bottles.
Oversees tray pack machines and completes changeovers safely and efficiently.
Performs quality inspections and verifies sample compliance with specifications.
Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Ensures compliance with food safety and quality system requirements.
Maintains a clean sanitary and safe workspace according to company policies and procedures.
Maintains communication with departments management and associates and promptly reports any issues or concerns that could hinder production efficiency.
Immediately reports any food safety or quality issues to management.
Applies a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
Records production and/or quality data.
Complies with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies data and resources; collaborating with managers co-workers customers and other business partners; identifying priorities deadlines and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change difficulties and feedback.
