Job Description
As a senior DevOps Engineer driving the evolution of our DevOps practices and empowering development teams to achieve optimal performance. You will architect implement and maintain robust scalable and secure CI/CD pipelines in a cloud-native environment. Your responsibilities will include:Architecting and implementing CI/CD pipelines in a cloud-native environment ensuring seamless integration and and implementing strategies for automated testing security scanning and performance monitoring within the CI/CD and documenting best practices for CI/CD fostering a culture of quality and efficiency within the and optimizing CI/CD performance proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to maintain optimal development closely with application development teams guiding them in adopting and leveraging CI/CD practices for enhanced comprehensive CI/CD reports for stakeholders providing clear visibility into pipeline performance and areas for and guiding junior DevOps engineers fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous You Are:You are a highly motivated and experienced DevOps professional with a passion for automation and a drive for continuous improvement. You possess:Excellent communication skills enabling you to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.A proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset able to anticipate and address challenges effectively.A strong leader and mentor capable of guiding and inspiring junior team members.A positive and helpful demeanor fostering a collaborative and supportive team professionalism and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and You Need:Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Information Technology or a related least 8 years of relevant experience in a DevOps role with a proven track record of leading and implementing successful DevOps understanding of CI/CD principles practices and in Linux administration including scripting and experience with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes) and orchestration with configuration management tools like Ansible Chef or with at least one CI/CD system such as Jenkins TeamCity Tekton Ansible or scripting skills in Python or other relevant with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus Grafana or ELK experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Spring Boot or experience with RESTful APIs and web services JMS Kafka with version control systems like knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and non relational database e.g. of software development methodologies such as Agile or Points:Experience with cloud computing environments like AWS GCP or to open-source projects or personal technical blogs.
