Are you a chat-savvy problem solver with a passion for digital advertising Were looking for a B2B Support Specialist to assist Sales Teams and Advertisers using cutting-edge advertising platforms!
Your Tasks
- Provide friendly and professional support via chat only (no calls!)
- Help Sales and Advertisers navigate advertising tools
- Troubleshoot issues and answer platform-related questions
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in Italian
- English level B2
- B2B support experience (especially with chat & ticket handling!)
- At least 2.5 years of experience in Digital Advertising or Technical Customer Support
- A quick learner with great communication skills and attention to detail
Bonus Points If You
- Know your way around ad platforms
- Love helping people and solving tech puzzles
