Job Description
Pattern Promotions We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. As a Customer Service Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing their experience with our brand.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with order placement tracking and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
