International Product Group Manager Benecol Yogurt Drinks & Spoonables

Would you like to make a global impact on the development of health-promoting food products We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Product Group Manager to take the Benecol product family to the next level. In this role you will report to the Head of Benecol Marketing and hold both strategic and operational responsibility for managing the product portfolio. You will oversee the full lifecycle of Benecol yogurt drinks and spoonable products from concept development to launch and ongoing growth.

You will thrive in this role if you:

Are a strategic thinker and a hands-on project leader with strong commercial acumen and the ability to work in a cross-functional international environment
Understand the FMCG business and know how to develop a product portfolio that works both globally and locally

Your responsibilities:

Category Strategy:

Define the long-term vision and growth strategy for the category identifying growth opportunities in collaboration with local teams
Develop and implement a consumer-driven portfolio strategy: what to develop maintain renovate or phase out
Understand the competitive landscape and market dynamics and respond proactively

NPD/EPD Project Leadership:

Develop consumer-driven product concepts
Build business cases based on identified growth opportunities
Lead new and existing product development from idea to launch
Use market research and consumer data to support decision-making and ensure product-market fit at both local and international levels
Act as the link between local teams R&D procurement and external partners

Commercial support:

Monitor product profitability sales and pricing and respond proactively
Work closely with local sales and marketing teams to ensure commercial success including participating in customer meetings alongside local sales teams

What we expect from you:

510 years of experience in a Product Group Manager (or equivalent) role preferably in the FMCG sector
A consumer-centric and business-oriented mindset
Proven ability to drive projects independently in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Experience in international business especially in the European market and the ability to operate in a multicultural environment
Excellent communication project management and collaboration skills
Fluency in both Finnish and English
Willingness to travel internationally (on average once per month)
