Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the companys representative by delivering expert knowledge and ensuring top-quality gaming experiences.
- Uphold and promote the companys brand by consistently following presentation and grooming standards.
- Professionally present all games demonstrating outstanding presentation skills that meet the companys performance criteria.
- Engage effectively with players to enhance their gaming experience.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise in all games constantly monitoring your own performance and ensuring adherence to company brand guidelines.
- Actively contribute to the companys ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at supporting future growth.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Native or fluent proficiency in Russian (C2 level) both spoken and written.
- Minimum English proficiency at B2 level.
- Ideally possess legal eligibility to live and work in Serbia.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Energetic positive and outgoing personality.
- Ability to sustain high energy during games that require lively and animated interaction.
- Flexible availability to work in shifts covering a 24/7 schedule.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills essential for a customer-facing role.
- Capable of thinking quickly staying calm under pressure and maintaining accuracy discipline and confidentiality.
