Your mission:
Interact with customers via phone email chat and social media
Provide helpful and accurate responses to general inquiries and product questions
Assist with basic technical support and troubleshooting
Accurately log interactions in the system
Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams
Work with teammates to resolve customer concerns efficiently
Prioritize tasks and manage your ticket queue
Contribute to internal process improvement and team knowledge
What you bring:
Native or fluent Italian (C2) and English (B2)
Strong communication skills across multiple platforms
Understanding of customer service principles
Willingness to learn new tools and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Problem-solving mindset and team player attitude
Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to grow and adapt
