Your mission:
Review content and user accounts to ensure compliance with community guidelines
Enforce platform policies while maintaining user safety
Maintain consistent quality in moderation decisions
Apply rules objectively and in accordance with platform standards
What you bring:
Native or fluent Turkish (C1) and English (B2) both written and spoken
Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
High emotional intelligence and patience for challenging interactions
Strong attention to detail and excellent judgment
Resilient mindset with the ability to separate personal views from professional duties
Motivated and positive attitude
