Job Description
Marketing Associate (Remote)
Our client is a fast-growing startup based in Tokyo Japan providing property management services for foreign homeowners. They are seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to work remotely helping to build the brand drive customer acquisition and establish a strong online presence. The role will primarily focus on digital advertising (Meta Google and other platforms) and social media management. Depending on skill set and company growth this role may expand to include managing customer inquiries and client communications.
Mission & Impact
This role is essential for shaping the brand increasing visibility and optimizing service offerings to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and advertising campaigns.

Manage and grow social media accounts to enhance brand presence and engage target customers.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging customer segments.

Assist with customer outreach initiatives and explore partnership opportunities.
