Tasks
- Manage Meta ad campaigns Launch optimize and scale Meta ads focused on purchases and subscriptions.
- Develop full-funnel strategies Work with quiz funnels advertorials and direct custom landing pages to conversion rates.
- Analyze data & optimize performance Use Meta Ads Manager and RedTrack to track and improve key metrics.
- A/B test creatives & funnels Run structured creative and persona tests to find winning combinations and avoid ad fatigue.
- Work with the creative team Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
- Optimize budget & bidding Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and scale campaigns profitably.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience running paid acquisition campaigns on Meta for web and mobile apps.
- Strong analytical skills Ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with quiz funnels Previous work with custom funnels.
- Familiarity with AI tools & tracking Experience using RedTrack and automation tools to improve campaign performance.
- Creative problem-solver Ability to identify bottlenecks troubleshoot performance issues and adjust strategies quickly.
- Performance marketing mindset Deep understanding of CPA ROAS MER creative metrics and how to optimize them.
- Self-driven & remote-ready Ability to work independently and collaborate with a distributed team effectively.
