Global Structural Engineer
Location: In-office Mississauga ON
Compensation: $150K (based on experience) Full Benefits Group RRSP

Adams Limitless is excited to partner with a fast-growing manufacturer design-build contractor to help them hire their next Senior Structural Engineer to work on global projects.
If you re ready to take a lead role in pushing engineering boundaries of unique structures from luxury centers to fully custom designed commercial spaces across the globe this could be for you.

What You ll Do:
- Lead structural design and analysis for innovative free standing moveable systems using aluminum and steel
- Collaborate directly with Sales Design and Project Management to shape complex builds from concept to completion
- Support internal teams and mentor junior engineers you re not just an expert you re a builder of people
- Problem-solve on-site issues with creative design modifications
- Prepare and oversee technical specifications structural calculations and engineering packages for permitting fabrication and install
- Ensure all designs meet building codes (Canadian US IBC) and exceed performance expectations
Requirements
What You Bring:
- . designation in Canada (mandatory)
- 8 years in structural design ideally with aluminum steel and reinforced concrete
- You are a master creative problem solver that doesnt quit until you find a solution.
- Advanced knowledge of structural engineering software (SAP S-Frame)
- Strong written and verbal communication you can break down complex ideas for any audience and justify your engineering expertise to other engineers.
- Experience leading teams mentoring engineers and owning results
- Strong understanding of International Building Codes & OBC.
- Bonus: Passion for sustainability kinetic architecture or mechanical integration
- Ability to travel to the US (10% of the time)
