Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in San Antonio TX. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout all stages of engagement. You will work closely with our design and operations teams to deliver outstanding service and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
Provide timely responses to client inquiries and requests
Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and accuracy
Coordinate meetings presentations and project updates
Track project milestones and proactively communicate timelines
Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions
Assist with problem resolution and escalate issues when necessary
Support account growth and retention efforts
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field
13 years of experience in client service account management or administrative support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and problem-solving attitude
