We are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager to supporting large programs and initiatives for the Experience Transformation group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management a deep understanding of digital transformation and a passion for enhancing customer experiences in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration Healthcare Management Information Technology or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management or 5 years of program management experience for large scale digital transformation projects preferably in the health insurance or healthcare industry or consulting.
Strong understanding of health insurance products regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum).
Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and customer journey mapping.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience leading and presenting at meetings
Strong PowerPoint skills for executive communications
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree
2 years of portfolio/program management experience
2 years of operational readiness or change management experience
Experience running CCaaS programs managing workforce improvements and understanding of budgeting/value realization.

40Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
