Job Description
- understand structure and frame complex (strategic) problems advising on the way forward;
- independently own and manage workstreams (incl. priority strategic initiatives) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables;
- supervise and/or create analysis and presentation materials;
- connect with Deloitte stakeholders to ensure access to all required data/info and alignment towards workstreams goals;
- present to senior stakeholders (EB ExCo Partners etc.) analysis insights and suggested course of action;
- develop and facilitate workshops across Deloittes Businesses (senior) stakeholders to guide them through strategy development and execution.
You will report to the CSOs team lead and Peter Sanders our Corporate Strategy Officer and regularly connect directly with our EB and ExCo. Together with the team you will set Deloittes strategy and drive its execution developing yourself as a Strategist and making a true impact at Deloitte
Qualifications :
Naturally you effectively communicate your complex ideas and analyses and you want only the best results. But most importantly be the true you. The one and only you. With your personal strengths view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Internal (Senior) Strategy Consultant
- at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an advisory or a similar role within corporate strategy;
- a relevant bachelors/masters degree
- strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems systematically;
- good command of the English language in word and writing.
