To control the provision of welcome farewell accompaniment lounge fast track and loyalty program operation services to passengers in accordance with the established rules and procedures in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
To prepare and follow the daily work plans of the employees in order to provide the services without interruption.
To check the compliance of the employees with the specified clothing (uniform hair make-up etc.) work discipline and code of conduct during working hours.
To make the necessary reporting to the Operations Manager in order to transfer the information demands and expectations from the passengers regarding the product to the relevant units.
To supervise and control the fixtures at the service points to ensure the solution of malfunctions to control the order and cleanliness of the service points. Reporting relevant disruptions.
To follow the documentation processes such as passenger lists usage reports etc. and to control the keeping of the necessary records.
To monitor and control the catering cleaning etc. services of the lounges in order to ensure the continuity and increase of the satisfaction of the passengers and to provide the necessary coordination to take the necessary actions.
To make the necessary reporting to the Operations Officer in order to transfer the information demands and expectations from the passengers regarding the product to the relevant units.
To support the manager in order to provide the necessary support guidance and feedback regarding performance management career planning and training development processes in order to support the personal and professional development of the employees and to ensure the realization of the goals.
To carry out the necessary studies to ensure the implementation of ISO 9001 ISO 10002 ISO 45001 System documents defined by the enterprise within the unit and to participate in the Risk assessment studies for the location for which it is responsible.
To completely follow the Companys current PDPL Policies (Policy on Protection and Processing of Employee Personal Data Policy on Protection and Processing of Personal Data Policy on Storage and Destruction of Personal Data Policy on Protection of Special Personal Data etc.) regulations procedures regarding legislation and to comply with the policy provisions to be published by the legislation the Employee Privacy Commitment and other similar published commitments.
Qualifications :
Education: Associate Degree
Professional / Technical Knowhow:
Operation Management Sales Marketing. Total Professional Experience : 3 Years Functional Experience :
Managerial Experience :
Language: English / Intermediate
Computer: Experienced in MS Office applications ERP applications (preferably Oracle)
Must be experienced in working in an airline or aviation setting
