Job Description
Are you passionate about building products that truly make a difference Were looking for a Product Owner to join our Mortgage Services team and help shape the future of our digital offerings. Youll be working in a collaborative agile environment where your ideas and leadership will directly impact the customer experience and business outcomes.
What youll be doing:
- Communicating a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy
- Prioritising product development and managing the product backlog
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable features
- Leading product release planning and setting expectations for delivery
- Acting as the main point of contact between internal teams and external partners
- Monitoring product performance using analytics and feedback to drive improvements
- Removing roadblocks and ensuring business readiness for smooth delivery
- Championing the product internally and externally sharing knowledge and insights
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Experience in product development ideally within the UK mortgage market
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance customer needs with commercial goals
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Confidence in leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making
- Familiarity with performance metrics and continuous improvement practices
- Commitment to delivering fair outcomes for customers in line with regulatory expectations
