Principal, Internal Communications - Events, Editorial Planning & Communications Operations

We are looking for a Principal Internal Communications to develop and support internal communications as part of Delivery Heros journey to delivering amazing experiences.

Your mission:

• Develop and execute internal communications strategies to ensure our heroes are informed engaged and thriving at Delivery Hero.  

• Draft a compelling narrative for all employees focusing on business strategy and operational updates   

• Plan manage and execute all corporate employee events (All Hands AMAs and executive sessions etc) to drive employee engagement. 

• Coordinate draft and distribute internal communications for major company announcements like financial updates employee programs and change management initiatives. 

• Identify and develop appropriate channels to drive effective two-way employee communications. 

• Collaborate with management and business departments to develop clear concise engaging communications to boost positive employee engagement.

• Develop and analyse communications metrics including employee feedback to measure success and improve communications strategies and plans.

Qualifications :

• 7 years plus in internal communications

• BA degree in communications or related field

• Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills 

• Able to work with diverse employees channels and messaging globally

• Excellent communications skills - written and verbal in English

• Dynamic and collaborative team player adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Speaks German 

• Experience in the technology sector or at a listed company
