Manager, Finance BI & Business Analytics

We are on the lookout for a Manager Finance BI & Business Analytics to join the Finance Systems Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

Lead a team of data analysts and analytics consultants to transform analyse and deliver data insights for business users with a focus on operational and global reporting. Drive the transformation of the finance function through advanced analytics collaborating with stakeholders to prioritise key initiatives and deliver measurable value.

Be part of the team ensuring Delivery Heros financial stability and growth. In the Finance & Investor Relations Team youll provide the insights and analysis that guide our business decisions helping us meet our financial goals and earn investor confidence. From reporting to strategic planning your work will have a direct impact on Delivery Heros ability to innovate expand and deliver outstanding experiences to our customers.

• Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analytics strategies.
• Requirements Analysis & Design: Conduct thorough business requirements analysis to design and deliver effective data visualization and reporting solutions.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and analytics consultants fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Oversee the creation of data visualizations insights generation and the delivery of operational and global financial reporting.
• Data Governance & Quality: Ensure data accuracy consistency and alignment with organizational standards in all analytics outputs.
• Stakeholder Communication: Manage project priorities to deliver high-impact results maintaining clear communication and transparency with stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Finance or a related field.
• 8 years of professional experience in data & analytics or Finance Reporting / FP&A  with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Strong business acumen in finance e-commerce or related industries/functions.
• Strong knowledge of at least one reporting tool (e.g. Tableau Looker etc) and experience with big data tools (e.g. BigQuery)
• Solid technical foundations in data modeling and proficient in SQL.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convert complex data insights into clear actionable recommendations.
