We seek a qualified Contract Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of a grant management system across multiple agencies. The successful candidate will ensure timely within-budget and effective phased rollouts providing oversight and coordination between participating agencies and the vendor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate closely with agency grant teams vendor personnel and designated agency points of contact (POCs).
- Conduct regular structured meetings to track implementation progress manage risks and resolve issues.
- Organize discovery-phase data and facilitate agency-specific implementations.
- Monitor adherence to timelines deliverables and project scope.
- Evaluate and execute formal change orders as necessary.
- Validate vendor invoices against agreed deliverables.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules status reports and notes.
- Collaborate effectively with the vendors project manager to align deliverables and resources.
- Assist in creating shared implementation resources and best practice playbooks.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing multi-agency projects particularly in governmental IT or grants management environments.
- Knowledge of cloud-based and SaaS system implementations (experience with grants management systems preferred).
- Strong ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
- Prior work experience with governmental entities beneficial.

- Experience specifically implementing grant management systems within state or multi-agency contexts.
- 35 years of experience leading complex cross-agency projects within governmental settings.
- 35 years of demonstrated leadership managing project teams timelines and vendor relationships.
