REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 10 years
- Extensive experience in Workday HCM & Security Consultant Technical/Functional.
- Hands-on experience in Workday HCM including Core HCM Compensation and Security
- Strong understanding of Workday data structures business processes and system configuration.
- Workday HCM includes Core HCM Compensation and advanced Workday Security configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Workday data management calculated fields security roles and domain security policies.
- Experience in development lifecycle activities from requirements to post-production support.
- Exposure to Workday Reporting EIBs BIRT and Workday Studio.
- Experience with Workday modules like Recruiting Time Tracking Absence Management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Lead or contribute to the implementation of Workday solutions including enhancements and integrations.
- Exposure to Workday Recruiting Time Tracking and Absence Management is desirable.
- Provide ongoing support for Workday including troubleshooting and resolving issues and handling upgrades.
- Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture framework and high-level design of the application for the developers
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility scalability security design patterns user experience NFRs etc. and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies patterns and frameworks to materialize it
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
