Job Description

The Key Lead is a salesfloor manager role responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

What Youll Do Opening & Closing routine Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness Business Understanding Proactive Thinking Attention to Detail Register/Point of Sales use Asset Protection Visual Displays System Skills Work Schedule Requirements

Availability Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 25 hours per week. Required availability throughout all the week including Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. In addition during peak timeframes hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Le Manager Key Lead veille garantir une exprience en magasin de qualit pour tous les clients. Il fournit des conseils et du coaching aux vendeurs et aux collaborateurs en stock en sassurant que les oprations en magasin se droulent efficacement. Le Key Lead fait partie de lquipe managriale du magasin et est responsable de la performance du magasin notamment en matire dexprience client et de ralisation des objectifs de vente quotidienne.

Disponibilits Ce poste tant en temps partiel les horaires varieront chaque semaine avec un minimum de 25 heures par semaine. Disponibilits requises tout au long de la semaine y compris les samedis et dimanches ainsi que certains jours fris. En priode de forte activit les horaires peuvent tre augments pour soutenir les besoins du magasin.

What it Takes

Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred. Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required. CEFR B2 Fluency in English & French required Customer Focus Communication Interpersonal Interaction Fashion Trend Knowledge Outgoing Assertiveness Adaptability/Flexibility & Stress Tolerance Poise & Ambition Multi-Tasking Applied Learning Promoting Diversity & Inclusion Work Ethic Omni Channel Services

Diplme : Baccalaurat Exprience en vente au dtail - Au moins 1 an dexprience dans la vente au dtail est apprcie. Exprience de supervision / gestion - Aucune exprience de supervision / gestion nest requise.
