Join a dynamic Research Grants team where youll play a key role in driving impactful research by managing communications streamlining systems and ensuring seamless administrative support. From coordinating with key stakeholders to maintaining vital data and supporting grant activities this is a rewarding and engaging role at the heart of university research excellence.

About you
The successful candidate will have completed year 12 with relevant work experience; or extensive administration experience relevant to the requirements of the position or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and/or training. You will be a highly organised person who adapts quickly to new technology and processes.

Knowledge of the university sector will be highly regarded.

This is a fixed term (approx 10 months) full-time position primarily based at either Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan) or Gold Coast. As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations. Griffith Universitys campuses are located on the lands of the Yugarabul Yuggera Jagera Turrbal Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
The full-time base salary for a HEW Level 4 is in the range $73623 - $77680 per annum plus 17% superannuation. The total package will be in the range $86139 - $90886 per annum.
