Product Owner - Privileged Access Management

The Product Owner - Privileged Access Management sits within the Technology Services department reporting directly to the Domain Owner - Identity & Access Management. The Product Owner will cover the end-to-end ownership of the PAM services for the Qantas Group based on the strategy and roadmap which is produced in conjunction with the relevant Domain/Solution Architects.  The Product Owner will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement delivery management vendor management whilst ensuring exceptional operational service management and governance.  

The Product Owner will facilitate planning and prioritisation of roadmaps with business stakeholders and define a delivery sequence to meet overall objectives and timelines. You will also lead the operation of your product portfolio ensuring that solutions are secure scalable and maintainable for continuous improvement and value delivery.

The Product Owner will possess a customer-centric mindset and be responsible for fostering a team culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

The successful candidate will provide thought leadership and use their experience to protect Qantas Group assets with suitable solutions.

Youll have:

• Experience in technology product management in a large enterprise environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of privileged access and effective management strategies.
• Extensive experience with Cyberark Privileged Cloud.
• Experience with Cyberark Workforce Password Management (preferred) or equivalent workplace password management
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Privileged Identity Management.
• Best practice experience in securing privileged access.
• Experience in product development roadmap creation and execution.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology support or delivery roles within an Agile environment (or equivalent). Proficient in coaching and demonstrating an Agile mindset and methodologies.
• Competence in various Agile frameworks like Scrum Kanban design thinking and human-centered design.
• Proven analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex strategic problems on a large scale.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial insight to bridge business and technical functions.
• Experience designing and leading workshops to achieve specific outcomes.
• Solid background in operational service management (ITIL)
