- Develop sales plans activities and manage day-to-day activities in order to implement the organizations overall business strategy for an assigned geography product line market segment and customers/accounts.
- Establish expand and manage Bosch Rexroth Sales Partners / Distributors in Indonesia.
- Execute sales and product marketing activities to achieve defined targets and support company business strategies.
- Proactively in searching for customer intelligence and create new opportunities in all segments of customers/key accounts.
- Continuously monitoring the result of business operation and development.
- Demonstration: Explaining and demonstrating the products technical capabilities to prospective customer.
- Custom Solutions: Working with customers to adapt the product to their specific requirements.
- Technical Support: Offering technical advice and solutions during the sales cycle and sometimes post-sale.
- Regular and periodic travelling.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree on engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial will be preferred).
- Work Experience
- Min. 3 years of experience in sales for industrial sector
- Having knowledge in hydraulics mechanical and electrical
- Understand on the industries customers and distribution channel/distributor management Independent thinker.
- Fluent in verbal and written English

- High Level of Social Competence
- Well developed Technical and Methodological Competence
- Proficient knowledge of standard software (MS Office)
- Basic SAP knowledge (QM module)
