Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Content Executive to join our expanding team based in Appleton. You will be the creative force behind the digital media content for the Culina whilst working collaboratively with our in-house Creative team. You will develop the digital content and plan with the aim of driving brand awareness trust follower growth engagement and lead generation for new business growth and revenue.

Working hours: Monday to Friday

  • Owner of all digital channels within the Culina Group including social media intranet and websites responsible for maintaining all channels ensuring content is accurate and continually refreshed to tell our story promote our services to customer and benefits to colleagues.
  • Create develop and execute the social media schedule for all Group businesses including posts stories live content.
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns which support individual business objectives working closely with subject matter experts across all Culina Group businesses to strategically plan and schedule content.
  • Create eye catching digital media content for social media channels including but not limited to Linkedin Facebook Instagram YouTube and Twitter.
  • Work collaboratively with the People function to continually identify content opportunities that promote the organisation culture and employee value proposition which engages existing colleagues and attracts high-calibre talent to the Culina Group businesses.
  • Collaborate closely with our Functional and Divisional Heads and other internal departments to gather relevant news and success stories that support the overarching OneCulina culture message and promotes the organisations achievements and successes.
  • Update and manage content for all Culina Group business websites utilising CMS to promote the services and culture of the organisation to drive engagement and elevate the Group within the industry sector.
  • Continually review and identifying latest developments tactics and best practice feeding insights back to key stakeholders and helping to influence strategy.
  • Analyse the success and ROI of our campaigns and support internal business development teams to generate new business leads.
  • Suggest and implement new ideas and growth techniques to drive follower growth develop brand awareness increase reach among our industry and engagement per post.
  • Monitor track analyse and report on social performance using industry recognised tools.

 


Qualifications :

  • Outstanding written communication and copywriting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex information into informative and engaging digital content for a wide range of audiences.
  • Strong knowledge understanding and experience of all digital channels including social media platforms websites and intranets.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of SEO PPC and paid digital options.
  • Good understanding of digital trends and technologies.
  • Experience of managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Highly proficient with CMS.
  • Ability to multi-task think pro-actively and creatively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent Administration and organisational skills.
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
