Talent Acquisition Human Resources Partner

We are ramping up operations at our new Tulsa location and expect to grow rapidly to 100 employees in the coming months. To support this exciting phase we are looking for a dynamic hands-on Talent Acquisition Human Resources Partner who will serve as both a Recruiting and Business Partner to local leadership and employees.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a site from the ground up and play a key role in shaping a strong inclusive and performance-driven culture.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

Talent Acquisition

• You partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles
• You manage candidate communication and ensure smooth and positive candidate experience
• You serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and HR-related matters
• You advise managers on performance management employee relations and organizational development
• You champion a positive work environment and help build a strong site culture aligned with company values
• You assist with local compliance policy administration and data maintenance

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role ideally with recruiting responsibility & HR certification (e.g. PHR SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Education You have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field
• Technical Proficiency You have proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting and knowledge of federal and Oklahoma-specific labor laws and regulations
• Soft Skills You demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and ability to work independently and handle ambiguity in a fast-growing environment
• Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
