- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of analytical data supporting superior testing services and client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients client services and technical staff to ensure seamless communication of test data troubleshooting information and service updates.
- Review verify and finalize analytical reports to ensure accuracy clarity and consistency with testing requests.
- Provide technical support for reporting-related inquiries and collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare edit and distribute reports including new submissions revisions (e.g. rechecks prelims) and partial results.
- Manage eLIMS-based report generation and custom client deliverables (e.g. formatted government documents).
- Evaluate and validate test results using appropriate mathematical conversions and logic checks to ensure data integrity.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of communications and reporting activities through approved templates and logs.
- Support internal quality initiatives by adhering to established SOPs and maintaining compliance with ISO 17025 and company guidelines.
- Monitor and maintain reporting queue to ensure turnaround targets and priorities are met.
- Assist office staff with data entry and/or validation tasks related to sister lab results as needed to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Ensure proprietary methods and confidential data are protected per company policy and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain clean organized and safe working conditions modeling behavior for team collaboration and workplace standards.
- Promote and represent Eurofins with integrity professionalism and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Stay informed of industry trends and internal updates as suggested by the Administrative Systems Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.

Initial Education Background
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferably in a laboratory setting
- Customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with ISO 17025 standards
