- Proven experience in sourcing and hiring for positions such as software developers engineers and other technical professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Role & responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates.
- Identify and engage with top technical talent using various channels such as job boards social media and networking platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure timely fulfilment of technical positions.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills cultural fit and alignment with company values.
- Negotiate offers and manage the on boarding process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the hiring process.
