Job Description

HEAD VARSITY GIRLS GOLF COACH JOB DESCRIPTION:
St. Stephens and St. Agnes School is looking for a head varsity golf coach to take over our girls program for the 2025-2026 school year. The Saints girls golf program has grown tremendously in the past few years from having a few girls competing with our boys varsity team to now a full-fledged varsity girls only team that was ranked in the top ten of VISAA schools this past spring.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates must have previous successful high school or college coaching/playing experience. The head coach must be organized hard-working and demonstrate a strong desire to continue to develop and build our program. The head coach will oversee all phases of the golf program including but not limited to player development monitoring academic success staff development and mentoring community relations and course scheduling.
