About Us:

Our Work Dynamics business line works with some of the worlds leading organisations to provide onsite solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join our National Transaction Management team. This is an amazing opportunity to join one of our largest and well-esteemed client account where you will have the opportunity to be across varied asset classes for the VIC/TAS portfolio.

The Role:

• Manage critical dates and lease events for client property portfolio
• Negotiate new leases licenses and renewals
• Conduct market rent reviews and make-good negotiations
• Perform market searches and deliver professional presentations
• Maintain client Occupancy Agreements
• Ensure compliance with client approval procedures
• Manage administrative preparation of property agreements

Requirements:

• You must be an Australian Citizen with ability to gain and retain AGSVA Clearance
• Minimum 3 years experience in property transactions
• Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate (preferred or in progress)
• Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration

• Expert understanding of real estate market trends
• Ability to handle complex issues within tight deadlines
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Goal-oriented with focus on meeting performance targets
• Strong teamwork abilities
