Job Description: The purpose of this position is to maintain a well-running office service the existing client base with all service requests including beneficiary changes/withdrawals incoming client service calls database management and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries for their review meetings preparing the main advisor for his/her review meetings and preparing issued accounts for delivery. Minimum Requirements: - 2 years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment
- Financial industry experience preferred
- Skills with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software
- CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities: Assisting the Financial Advisor in managing the office to exceed client and regulatory expectations include but are not limited to: - Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly positive and warm manner
- Be the first point of contact for prospects and clients
- Maintain office supplies and outgoing correspondence
- Assist clients with issues and concerns
- Build and improve upon client relationships
- Database management
- Set appointments with clients and assist the Advisor with calendar management
- Pre-appointment preparation including compiling account summaries
- Maintain office filing system both paper and electronic
- Record notes from client conversations
- Other industry-specific tasks as needed
- Back - Office support initiativesand/or core projects that support Advisory teams - including client review reviews and prospects plan prep
- Application/Appointment Prep
Salary: - $45000 with bonus opportunities negotiable based on experience
