Manages stakeholder analysis communication plans and role-based curriculum to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and systems.
Essential Qualifications
Prosci/ADKAR or comparable change-management certification
Experience creating blended-learning modules (LMS classroom micro-videos)
Responsibility Highlights
Build change-impact assessments and stakeholders heat-maps
Craft communication materials (FAQs newsletters town-hall decks)
Develop training curricula and job aids for procurement engineering & finance users
Track adoption metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement
