Position Overview
The Operations Manager is a well-rounded individual responsible for knowing all opening and closing procedures and enforcing all proper operating procedures throughout the store to create a positive work environment for associates and a positive shopping experience for the hours of responsibility 3 4 days per week and one night these hours may vary based on each individual stores hours of operation and the needs of the business.

Pay: $20- $22/hr

Travel Required: Between Rome & Sherrill NY ( 2 Stores)
Description
- Maintains Remarkable Customer Service and customer relations as well as maintaining acceptable service levels
- Reacts to all customer concerns quickly and effectively while following SOPs to provide the best experience possible
- Closely monitor stock levels and ad support to ensure maximizing sales potential.
- Act quickly and accurately if any problems arise (customer associate and or building situations/issues)
- Refrigeration checks completed per SOP and logged.
- Knowledge and awareness of Crisis Manual in case of power outage or weather related issue.
- Maintains proper staffing levels to handle the needs of the business.
- Ensures a clean and safe environment for associates and customers by enforcing proper safety sanitation and operations policies
- Maintains a friendly professional and well organized image in all departments including but not limited to the parking lot vestibule checkouts etc.
- Performs special store level tasks/projects as assigned by the store manager
- Coordinating of receiving warehouse deliveries per schedule.
