Pathway Health is looking for experienced Nursing Home Administrators who are looking for flexibility change and an exciting career to assist our clients nation wide.

The Interim Nursing Home Administrator position is a flexible project-based role and you willperform a full range of professional responsibilities to include but are not limited to the following:

Assist the client with assessing planning developing and implementing systems processes and other training needs as requested.
Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards regulations and industry standards of practice and professional practice guidelines
Assist clients as requested in the selection and hiring of key management staff.
Functions within scope of work as defined by the client
Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

Must be licensed Nursing Home Administrator in state
Must have five years of Nursing Home Administrator experience
Excellent leadership communication and customer service orientation
Able to build solid relationships with all levels of staff interdisciplinary team residents and families
Participate in multi-disciplinary teams including internal and external participants.
