Description- Lead and support SAP OTC (Order to Cash) processes including order management pricing delivery billing and cash application.
- Configure SAP SD module and related integrations with FI MM and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Participate in SAP implementation rollout and upgrade projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the OTC process.
- Conduct user training and support change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process execution.
Responsibilities1. Process Ownership & Governance
- Own the end-to-end OTC process across SAP modules (SD FI MM etc.).
- Define and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
2. Project Leadership
- Lead OTC workstreams in SAP implementation rollout or upgrade projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. MM PP FI CRM).
- Manage timelines deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
3. Solution Design & Configuration
- Design scalable and efficient OTC solutions in SAP.
- Configure SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and related modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments (e.g. user exits enhancements).
4. Integration Management
- Ensure seamless integration between OTC and other SAP modules (FI MM WM etc.).
- Support interfaces with external systems (e.g. CRM EDI 3PL).
5. Issue Resolution & Support
- Act as the escalation point for complex OTC issues.
- Provide guidance to support teams and end-users.
- Monitor and improve system performance and user experience.
6. Training & Change Management
- Conduct training sessions for key users and business stakeholders.
- Drive change management initiatives during process or system changes.
7. Continuous Improvement
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Leverage SAP best practices and new functionalities (e.g. S/4HANA innovations).
- Monitor KPIs like order cycle time DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and order accuracy.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or related field.
- 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD/OTC.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end OTC cycle.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Knowledge of integration points with FI MM and CRM.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA Sales.
- Experience with EDI IDocs and third-party logistics integration.
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
