Job Description
Trainee Operative Technician
-
Assist in operating machinery and equipment as per training and safety protocols.
Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
Monitor product quality and report defects or issues to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Record production data and maintain basic documentation.
Adhere to company safety standards and participate in safety drills and training.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production area.
Rotate through different departments to gain a broader understanding of the manufacturing process
