Ce que vous apportez
Au moins 2 3ans dexprience en services de soutien administratif dans lindustrie de limmobilier commercial ou toute autre industrie de services professionnels.
Une matrise de la suite Office y compris MS Word Excel et PowerPoint.
DExcellentes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et crite en franais et en anglais
Dexcellentes capacits dorganisation et de priorisation des tches.
Autres comptences ou expriences (un atout)
Intrt et aptitudes pour la nouvelle technologie (systmes de gestion de la relation client facturation etc.)
Connaissances en recherche (taxes dmographie statistiques zonage etc.).
Facteurs de russite
Vous avez de solides aptitudes en planification en organisation et priorisation des tches afin de mener terme tout projet qui vous est confi.
Vous savez grer coordonner et organiser des calendriers daffaires de main de matre via Outlook pour planifier la cdule des courtiers de votre quipe avec des priorits changeantes
Vous tes laise coordonner la logistique entourant des vnements et prsentations pour des clients ou des prospects potentiels
Vous savez maintenir des relations fluides et professionnelles avec les clients ainsi que vos collgues des diffrents dpartements internes (donnes recherche marketing et oprations de courtage).
Vous prendrez plaisir organiser des voyages et des runions
Vous aurez facilit rdiger et distribuer des communications sous formes de courriels mmos lettres et formulaires.
Vous avez de lexprience rconcilier et soumettre des comptes de dpenses

What you bring
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative support services in the commercial real estate industry or any other professional services industry.
Full proficiency in the Office suite including MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
Excellent organizational and task prioritization skills.
Bonus skills
Interest and ability to use new technology (customer relationship management systems billing etc.)
Experience conducting research (taxes demographics statistics zoning etc.).
What success looks like
You have strong capacities in planning organization and prioritization of tasks to complete any project entrusted to you.
You are confident in your skills to manage and organize the advisors Outlook (email & calendar) monitoring emails booking calls with clients understanding priorities.
You have experience in coordinating projects presented to clients or potential prospects.
You are confident in your ability to maintain a good relationship with clients and colleagues in various departments (data research marketing and brokerage operation specialists).
Planning for travel & meetings.
Write & distribute email correspondence memos letters and forms.
Submit & reconcile expense reports.
Other administrative tasks or special projects as required.
