Job Summary:
Manages the oversight of the EEO OFCCP Compliance and Investigations for Senior EEO Investigators and Wage & Hour Audits of the Securitas Employee Relations Department. Responsible for the development and implementation of the EEO Investigations teams goals and objectives in a manner that is in compliance with local state and federal laws and regulations and Securitas organizational policies and procedures in the area of discrimination/Equal Employment Opportunity.
Benefits Offered:
Based on experience Securitas will offer a base salary of $130000 - $140000/Annually in addition to a full benefit package that includes:

Position Qualifications:
- Ability to assist in facilitating progressive change.
- Demonstrated ability to manage an investigations team.
- Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management Diverse cultures.
- Demonstrated excellence in working collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent planning organizing supervisory and project management skills.
- Is organized self-disciplined technologically savvy compliant and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.
Education/Experience:
- At least 18 years of age
- Bachelors Degree in; Business Administration Human Resources or Relevant Field Preferred
- RelevantHRexperiencemaybesubstitutedfordegree
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in EEO or Human Resources with a minimum of 3 years with direct responsibility for conducting employment related investigations in a lead or supervisory role
- Or the equivalent investigatory or case management experience including the demonstrated ability to manage an investigations team.
